ACL has a huge reputation in the field of imparting Spoken English Training, Personality Development and Communication skills and has touched the lives of more than half a million students since 1994 from its different centers in Delhi NCR, UP and HP. In 2020, amidst pandemic, we embarked on a digital Journey to enhance our reach with our various online niche courses Pan India and across the globe.

• Contact potential customers to inform them about our Online Course.
• Answer Questions about service of the company.
• Ask questions to understand customer requirements.
• Enter and Update customer information in the database.
• Take and process orders in an accurate manner.
• Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation.

Requirements:

• Proven 1 Year or more experience as Tele Caller representative.
• Graduation is not mandatory.
• Decent knowledge of English.
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal Skills.
• Female candidate only.

Location: Indira Nagar & Alambagh branch, Lucknow.

Salary: 12-16k

Job Type: Full Time & Part-Time
