Items needed to apply
- Three (03) passport size photographs.
- One (01) photocopy of identity proof- ration card, driver’s license, college identity card, 10th or 12th mark sheet.
- Fee amount Rs. 14970/-.
Admission Procedure

- Kindly fill in the form neatly and deposit in the desired branch along with the fee amount.
