It means to give one’s attention to someone and respond to the advice or request.It is always suggested to be an active listener, to fully concentrate, understand, respond and then paraphrase.
YOU ARE NOT EXPECTED TO BE PROFICIENT IN SOMETHING TO EXCEED
Rather it is important to have a great personality,zeal to learn,and confidence.With the combination of them,one can be an amazing asset to any company or industry.EXPERIENCE IS NOT THE ONLY DETRIMENTAL FACTOR OF SUCCESS
It is so because there are many people who have extensive knowledge and vast experience, but have little personality with low levels of engagement and have a stagnant career path.
It is because they are both inherited and developed for achieving success.With practice,honest feedback,and encouragement,these skills can be polished.
